We are offering an option for Carver Elementary Students to be picked up at school by an Upstage staff member from 2:30pm-2:50pm. The staff member will then walk them over to the San Marino Masonic Lodge. (If we do not reach our minimum amount, we will give you a full refund.)

Sibling/Multiple Session Discount

A discount is available to those enrolling more than one child or one child in multiple sessions. The discount is equal to 15% off the full price for each additional child or session. Payment Terms

Please see our Terms and Conditions. A three-payment option is available. Please note, there is a nominal convenience fee added. If you have any questions regarding payment please contact Taylor@upstageschools.com. Tickets to the final performances are sold separately.

If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the start of the program you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

What are Community Programs at Upstage Theatre Schools? 

Community Programs at Upstage Theatre Schools offer a space where students, with an interest in theatre arts, can rise to the next level. The teachers are highly qualified with many aggregate years of experience in children’s theatre. We aim to create an environment for students to build encouraging and lasting friendships outside of their schools. The class teaches theatre vocabulary and technique through interactive theatre games and scene practice, as well as music, and dance taught by professionals. We split lead roles and make sure all students remain active and involved throughout the rehearsal process and performances. 

The experience will include a fully realized final production with...

  • professionally designed sets

  • sound
  • props, and more!

Each child is encouraged to fully participate and is considered an integral part in our final production. Please check the production dates, as we expect every child to be present for all performances.

Upon completion of the program, our students not only acquire tangible skills but also embark on a transformative journey where they cultivate essential qualities for their everyday lives. These include effective communication, confidence, respect, sense of responsibility, and a multitude of other invaluable attributes.

Tuition includes a script, and downloads of the musical tracks to practice with at home. We provide costumes and props that will live at the theatre and be used in performances. We will provide a link to a downloadable professionally recorded video after the performances (as long as we receive 20+ enrollments.) Tickets to the final performances are sold separately.
