Description

The Fifth Grade Musical is a South Pasadena tradition that brings together students from all three elementary schools. This fall, fifth-grade students will begin rehearsing the popular musical, Disney’s Alice in Wonderland JR, in preparation for performances at the South Pasadena High School Auditorium on Friday, February 7 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, February 8 at 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm, and Sunday, February 9 at 2:00 pm.

The 5th Grade Musical production is self-sustaining with all staff and expenses covered by ticket sales and student tuition for the program. The ever-curious Alice’s journey begins innocently enough as she chases the White Rabbit.  Her adventures become increasingly more strange as she races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game!
