Upstage Summer Camps

Since 1999, Upstage has been serving the greater LA community.

Upstage Camps are a great way for kids to have fun, make friends, and express themselves creatively. We offer summer day-camps in West LA, San Gabriel Valley, and Conejo Valley. In addition, Upstage offers enrichment programs in schools, and year‑round community programs.

We’re taking a moment to reflect on a truly rewarding summer with our wonderful Upstage Theatre Schools Community in South Pasadena and West LA! From the creativity and energy our students brought to the stage to the support and encouragement from families and friends, this season was filled with growth, laughter, and memorable performances. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a joyful experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for our upcoming Fall School and Community Programs!

Confidence for life

Upstage Theatre Programs help kids make new friends, speak more clearly, move more easily and — creating together — break out of their shell.

Upstage provides after-school performing arts education for young people. Founded on the principle that theatre should be fair and fun, our productions feature ensemble casting, reasonable rehearsal hours, and a safe environment for the child to find their own level in their own time. Many of our students return year after year — we are their theatre family!
