Upstage Summer Camp Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for Upstage Summer Camps! We are excited to have your student join us. Please review our refund policy carefully. Early registration helps us plan our staffing and materials. We encourage families to register early and avoid last-minute cancellations!
Cancellation by Families:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of camp: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the start of camp: 50% refund of tuition.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of camp: No refund.
Cancellation by Upstage:
Upstage reserves the right to cancel any program. In such cases, families will receive a full refund of all program fees.
Refunds will also be provided if:
- Government regulations or public health guidelines prevent Upstage from holding the program.
- Upstage is unable or chooses not to open at our discretion.
- Program dates are changed by Upstage prior to the first day of camp. Families will be notified in writing and will have the option to cancel without penalty.
Refunds Will Not Be Given:
- If a student is suspended from the program due to inappropriate behavior.
- If a student is unhappy with casting or other creative decisions.
Upstage School & Community Program Refund Policy
We want every student to have a positive experience in our programs. To support this, we offer a trial request opportunity for the first class under the following conditions:
Trial & Refunds:
- If the class has not reached maximum enrollment by the first day, families may request to attend the first class and request a refund if they decide the program is not the right fit.
- After the second class or after casting, tuition is non-refundable.
- If the class is full and you request a refund, we may be able to provide a partial refund if we are able to fill your student’s spot.
Refunds Will Also Be Provided:
- If Upstage cancels the program for any reason.
- If government regulations or public health guidelines prevent the program from happening.
- If Upstage changes program dates prior to the first class. Families will be notified in writing and will have the option to cancel without penalty.
